1. Who are you?
I was born in 1982 and raised in Switzerland. My first creative experiences were as an apprentice lighting technician at the opera house in Zurich, and since then I have been getting behind the scenes experience in TV and film and more recently studying "Creative Producing" at the German film and television academy.

2. What's your creative mantra/motto?
Stories must strike a chord in somebody.

3. Who or what inspires you?
Books by Dean Koontz, music by Ane Brun, movies by Almodovar, and American TV shows like Lost to name but a few.

4. How did you get the idea for your featured project?
I was thinking about all my travel experience when I was around 20 something and the feeling you have, when you meet a lot of different people, and you like them, but you know at the same time, you will have to say goodbye to them soon. It was important for me, to show this brief moment - it's sad but bittersweet at the same time.

5. What's next?
I'm working on a 30-minute short movie, a tragic comedy about a "Schlagersänger" (a crooner) and his pubescent son.

6. Apart from your Seagate FreeAgent hard drive, what's your favourite creative gadget!?
My Macintosh powerbook 12".

7. What's the most precious thing you store on your Seagate FreeAgent hard drive?
All the sound files for the movie, film stills, rolling title files - and my new movie ideas as a back up if my Mac should crash.
